абз. 2 пункту 4.1 Договору викладено в наступній редакції: "Ціна газу з 01 лютого 2017р становить 7893,20 за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 1578,64 грн., всього з ПДВ - 9471,84 грн.".
Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт 4.1.1 розділу IV "Ціна, порядок проведення розрахунків у наступній редакції":
"4.1.1. Загальна вартість Договору складає з місячних сум вартості фактично поставлених обсягів газу Спожевачеві, згідно актів приймання-передачі, Складених СТоронами протягом строку дії Договору та складає 1172350,00 грн., крім того ПДВ 234470,00 грн. всього з ПДВ 1406820,00" згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами протягом строку дії Договору"
"Умови постачання:
1.2 Договірний плановий обсяг постачання/споживання Газу, в протягом періоду постачання (у тисячах метрів кубічних): 148,526 тис.м3"
