Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 10.2 Договору № 61 від 12.04.2021 р., та на підставі біржової довідки про кон'юнктуру ринку товарів № 09/11/21/04 від 09.11.2021 р., враховуючи лист ТОВ "ТЕХНО-АГРО-АЛЬЯНС" № 1 від 12.11.2021 р., Сторони вирішили: збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у зв'язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, не збільшуючи при цьому суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю. Після змін ціна без ПДВ становить 3621,20 грн. за 1 т., ціна договору становить 1192787,39 грн., кількість товару - 350,405 т.
