1. У зв’язку зі збільшенням цін на цукор, що підтверджується інформаціями про споживчі ціни по Харківському регіону та, ураховуючи лист постачальника даного товару з проханням про збільшення ціни від 01.03.2017 №б/н, а також, керуючись п. 3.4 договору про закупівлю товару № 24 від 24.01.2017, Сторони дійшли згоди, що ціна на цукор складатиме 18,10 грн. (без ПДВ) за 1 кг.
2. У зв’язку зі збільшенням ціни на цукор кількість товару у специфікації до зазначеного договору складатиме 13412 кг.
