1. На підставі пункту 1 частини 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктів 1.3, 6.2.3, 11.1, 11.9 зазначеного договору сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення обсягів закупівлі. 2. Пункт 1.2 договору викласти у новій редакції такого змісту: “Кількість товарів: 34 найменування, які погоджено у специфікації, що додається до цього договору та є його невід’ємною частиною”. 3. Пункт 3.1 договору викласти у новій редакції такого змісту: ”3.4. Ціна цього Договору становить 794 769,66 грн. (сімсот дев'яносто чотири тисячі сімсот шістдесят дев'ять грн. 66 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ 20 % 132 461,61 грн. (сто тридцять дві тисячі чотириста шістдесят одна грн. 61 коп.)”. Додаток до договору – специфікація – викласти у новій редакції
