Пункт 3.1 договору № 47 від 26.08.2020р. викладається в нової редакції: «Ціна цього Договору (з ПДВ) становить 109 646 грн. 00 коп., у тому числі за рахунок бюджетних коштів 102 158,09 грн.».
Причина внесення змін у відповідності до 36 ст. Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" вказана помилково, тому що внесення змін без зазначення ст. 36 в електронної системі зробити не можливо.
