На підставі п.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIIІ від 25.12.2015 року та згідно п.10.1 Договору №1303 від 13.03.2017 року дія договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі 85280,58 (вісімдесят п’ять тисяч двісті вісімдесят грн. 58 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ - 14213,43 грн, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, що визначена в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку
