Керуючись ч.6 ст.40 Закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель « та п.10.2. Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 13 від 09 жовтня 2017 р., Сторони вирішили: 1 Загальна вартість цього договору становить 76368,40 грн. (сімдесят шість тисяч триста шістдесят вісім грн. ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬40 коп.) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі № 13 від 09 жовтня 2017 р. 2 п. 10.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції : «10.1. Даний договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання сторонами, поширює свою дію на правовідносини, які виникли між сторонами починаючи з 09 жовтня 2017 року та діє до повного використання коштів, передбачених затвердженими кошторисами на відповідний рік, але не довше 28.02.2018 року».
