У зв’язку з підвищенням ціни на природний газ на ринку, керуючись п. 2 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору постачання природного газу № 17-135 від 08 грудня 2017 р. (далі - Договір), а саме: 1. Пункт 1.5. розділу І Договору викласти в такій редакції: 1.5. «ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК передає СПОЖИВАЧУ природний газ обсягом 19,140 тис. метрів кубічних в період з «01» січня 2018 року по «31» грудня 2018 року, а саме: Січень 3,680 Квітень 0,388 Липень - Жовтень 0,242 Лютий 5,600 Травень - Серпень - Листопад 2,581 Березень 3,000 Червень - Вересень - Грудень 3,649 2. Пункт 4.1 та 4.2 розділу 4 Договору викласти в новій редакції: 4.1. «Ціна газу, що постачається на умовах цього Договору за 1 000 кубічних метрів становить 8 941,67 грн., крім того податок на додану вартість за ставкою 20%, що складає 1 788,33 грн., разом з ПДВ 20% – 10 730,00 грн. (десять тисяч сімсот тридцять гривень, 00 коп.). Вказана ціна є дійсною щодо поставки обсягів газу визначених в п. 1.5. Договору.» 4.2. «Загальна вартість Договору становить: 171 143,50 грн. без ПДВ, крім того податок на додану вартість за ставкою 20%, що складає 34 228,70 грн., разом з ПДВ 20% - 205 372,20 грн. (двісті п’ять тисяч триста сімдесят дві грн., 20 коп.).»
