Note:
Внести зміни до Договору, виклавши п.1.2. розділу І “Предмет Договору”, п.3.1. розділу ІІІ “Ціна Договору” та п.5.1. розділу V “Поставка Товарів” в наступній редакції:
п.1.2. Найменування, одиниці вимірювання Товару визначаються умовами Договору та становить – 217272 кВт/год, у тому числі (пролонгація договору) на 2018 рік – 25945 кВт/год.
п.3.1. Ціна цієї Угоди встановлюється у національній валюті України та становить - 398519,04 грн (триста дев’яносто вісім тисяч п’ятсот дев’ятнадцять грн 04 коп), у тому числі ПДВ -66419,84 грн, в тім рахунку пролонгація 20% на 2018 рік становить – 66419,20 грн (шістдесят шість тисяч чотириста дев’ятнадцять грн 20 коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 13283,84 грн.
п.5.1.Строк поставки (передачі) товарів визначається згідно умов Договору – до 31.03.2018 рік.
