1. Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору на 27850,31 грн.
2. В зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Сторони домовились гі.4.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
4.1. Загальна сума договору становить 247 295,65 грн.(двісті сорок сім тисяч двісті дев яносто п \ять грн. 65 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ - 41 215,94 грн.
3. Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України Про публічні закупівлі Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору у 2020 році на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
