1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 7 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 630 696,94 (шістсот тридцять тис. шістсот дев’яносто шість грн. 94 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 105 116,15 грн. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 126 139,38 грн (сто двадцять шість тис. сто тридцять дев’ять грн. 38 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 21 023,23 грн., згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
