Враховуючи положення статті 39 Закону України «Про Державний бюджет України на 2022 рік» (зі змінами від 31.05.2022 № 2290-IX), постанову Кабінету Міністрів України від 15.07.2022 №803 «Деякі питання дорожнього господарства» та лист Виконавця №18-07/22 від 26.07.2022 (вх. № 443/01-14 від 27.07.2022), керуючись пунктами 8.2., 8.7. Договору. Тип причин додання змін до договору - продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, застосовується у зв’язку із відсутністю технічної можливості зміни строку дії договору на електронному майданчику e-tender.
