2. Абзац 1 пункту 5.2 Договору викладено в новій редакції:
«Ціна за одиницю товару - за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії розраховується відповідно до Додатку 1 до Договору та складає: 1,89893 грн. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 20% – 0,379786 грн. Всього з ПДВ 2,278716 грн.».
3. Додаток 1 до Договору «Порядок визначення вартості електричної енергії» та Додаток 2 до Договору «Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії на 2021 рік» викладено в новій редакції, що додаються.

2. Абзац 1 пункту 5.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Ціна за одиницю товару - за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії розраховується відповідно до Додатку 1 до Договору та складає: 2,05926 грн. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 20% – 0,411852 грн. Всього з ПДВ 2,471112 грн.».
3. Додаток 1 до Договору «Порядок визначення вартості електричної енергії» та Додаток 2 до Договору «Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії на 2021 рік» викласти в новій редакції, що додаються.
