1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 2.1. Договору та викласти його у наступні редакції: «2.1. Вартість Робіт за цим Договором, зазначені в Договірній ціні (Додаток № 2) та складає 25 321 323,86 грн., (двадцять пʼять мільйонів триста двадцять одна тисяча триста двадцять три гривні 86 копійок), ПДВ – 4 220 220,64 грн., (чотири мільйони двісті двадцять тисяч двісті двадцять гривень 64 копійки), всього 21 101 103,22 грн., (двадцять один мільйон сто одна тисяча сто три гривні 22 копійки) без ПДВ.». 2. У звʼязку із зазначеним вище, Сторони домовились викласти додатки 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 до Договору в новій редакції, що додаються. 3. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання, є невід’ємною частиною Договору та діє до 31.12.2027. 4. Всі інші умови Договору не змінені цією додатковою угодою та залишаються чинними у попередній редакції.
