У зв’язку з відсутністю у Замовника бюджетних асигнувань у 2022 році на виконання робіт з виготовлення проєктно-кошторисної документації (робочого проєкту) по об’єкту: "Капітальний ремонт мереж зовнішнього освітлення пішохідної доріжки на вул. Зарічанській (від вул. Свободи до вул. Перемоги) в м. Хмельницькому" Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди внести зміни в Договір № 39 від 08.02.2022 викласти пункти 2.1., 8.1., 11.1 до Договору в новій редакції : 2.1. Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2022 рік становить 0.00 грн; 8.1. Строк виконання проєктних робіт до 15.04.2023 року; 11.1. Договір набирає чинності і вважається укладеним з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року; Сторони узгодили викласти в новій редакції Договірну ціну, що додається до цієї Угоди та вважається вважаються невід'ємною частиною Договору.

Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2023 рік становить 0.00 грн; 8.1.Виконавець зобов'язується до 15.04.2024 р. передати Замовникові результати проєктних робіт; 11.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2024 року; Сторони узгодили викласти в новій редакції Договірну ціну, що додається до цієї Угоди та вважається вважаються невід'ємною частиною Договору.
