1. В зв’язку з закінченням робіт по об’єкту: «Капітальний ремонт тротуарів по вул. Горького в м. Коростені», сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору №79 від 26.08.2020 року на 2408,95 грн.(Дві тисячі чотириста вісім гривень 95 копійок) без ПДВ.
2.Пункт 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Загальна вартість здійснення технічного нагляду за цим Договором становить –
39045,05 грн. (Тридцять дев’ять тисяч сорок п’ять гривень 05 копійок), без ПДВ ."
