Відповідно до п.1 постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 "Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" Споживачем проведена попередня оплата за теплову енергію згідно рахунку № 344 від 28.09.2023 року в сумі 426097,79 грн. За жовтень-листопад 2023 року фактично спожито теплової енергії на суму 408862,45 грн. Залишок коштів повернуто на розрахунковий рахунок Споживача згідно банківських документів № 007888 та № 007868 від 24 листопада 2023 року в сумі 17229,34 грн (Сімнадцять тисяч двісті двадцять дев'ять грн. 34 коп.) з ПДВ.
