Сторони дійшли згоди змінити Додаток №1 - специфікацію до Договору в частині збільшення ціни за одиниц. товару, поставка якого здійснюється згідно умов укладеного Договору та викласти її в такій редакції:
"Ціна за одиницю товару становить:
Бензин А-92 - 25,80 грн. (з ПДВ) за 1 літр; 21,50 грн. (без ПДВ) за 1 літр, ПДВ 20% - 4,30 грн.;
Дизельне паливо - 24,00 грн. (з ПДВ) за 1 літр; 20,00 грн. (без ПДВ) за 1 літр, ПДВ 20% - 4,00 грн.
При цьому обсяги закупівлі будуть зменшені, ціна Договору залишається незмінною і становить 492523,20 грн. з ПДВ"
