Пункт 2.1. та пункт 3. в Додатку № 1 Договору № 1073 (з о/р №1803) від «22» лютого 2024 року - про надання послуг з централізованого постачання гарячої води, доповнити і викласти в наступній редакції: Госпрозрахунок (з о/р №1803) Орендарі (о/р № 1501): 01 липня 2024 року за надану послугу з централізованого постачання гарячої води «Споживач» сплачує «Постачальнику» щомісячно: 197,56 грн/мЗ з ПДВ - рішення виконавчого комітету Черкаської міської ради № 1431 від 05.10.2023 р. зі змінами, внесеними рішенням № 935 від 04.07.2024 р. II. Інші пункти Договору залишаються без змін. III. Сторони домовились, що відповідно до ч.З ст.631 Цивільного Кодексу України , умови цієї Додаткової угоди в частині зміни за одиницю товару застосовується до правовідносин , що виникли між сторонами до її укладання, а саме з 01.07.2024 року.
