Керуючись п.2 ч.5 Статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , у зв’язку із коливанням ціни на ринку на нафтопродукти, на підставі Цінової довідки, наданої Кременчуцьким відділенням Полтавської торгово - промислової палати України № 321/04-22 від 06.11.2020 року за запитом ПП «БІОТУРБО»№05/1 від 05.11.2020р, щодо інформації про середню ціну на Бензин А-92 та Дизельне паливо на внутрішньому ринку Одеської області України станом на 05 листопада 2020 року, Сторони погодили: 1. Збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, та викласти в новій редакції Додаток №1 до Договору «Специфікація».
