Відповідно до п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України „Про публічні закупівлі”, Сторони досягли згоди про зміну ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, в межах обсягу, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме :
- Молоко пастеризоване 2,5% 1 кг – з 11,22 грн/кг на 12,00 грн/кг.
- Молоко пастеризоване 2,5% 0,5 кг – з 12,06 грн/кг на 12,90 грн/кг.
В результаті зміни ціни за одиницю товару загальна вартість товару згідно цієї додаткової зменшується на 10,11 грн. та становить 102 928,89 грн. (сто дві тисячі дев’ятсот двадцять вісім грн. 89 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ – 17 154,82 грн.
