Сторони дійшли згоди про уточнення технічних параметрів відображення ціни у Договорі в зв'язку з приведенням її у відповідність до вимог Постанови КМУ № 132 від 05.02.2026р. про внесення змін до постанови КМУ від 14.09.2020 р. № 822 і від 12.10.2022 р. №1178, а саме п. 3.1. розділу 3 «ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ» змінити та читати в новий редакції:
3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 146 855,70 грн. (Сто сорок шість тисяч вісімсот п'ятдесят п'ять гривень 70 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 24 475,95 грн. (Двадцять чотири тисячі чотириста сімдесят п'ять грн. 95 коп.).
Фінансування за кошти міського бюджету.
