Замовник погодив,через зменшення обсягів закупівлі, збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (Молоко 2.6%) до 10 відсотків відповідно до ст. 41 ч.5. п.2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", у зв’язку з триваючою широкомасштабною збройною агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що спричинила стрімке подорожчання вартості товарів/послуг на ринку України. «Молоко 2.6%. Кількість товарів: 1811.7 л. (2013 упаковок. по 0.900 гр.». Загальна ціна цього Договору становить: 43360.20 з ПДВ (сорок три тисячі триста шістдесят гривень, 20 копійок, у т.ч. ПДВ 20% 7226.7 грн. сім тисяч двісті двадцять шість гривень сімдесят копійок). Ціна за одиницю товару: «Молоко 2.6%. 23.93 грн. за 1 л. За упаковку 0.900 л. становить – 21.54 грн.»
