Збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю/внесення змін до такого договору щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару. Враховуючи клопотання Продавця щодо підвищення вартості товару вода питна, одиниця виміру: бутиль об’ємом 18,9 л., у відповідності до п.10.3. Договору Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 6.1 Договору та викласти в наступній редакції:
«6.1. Загальна вартість Договору визначена на підставі Додатку № 1 до даного Договору та складає: 7518,00 грн. (Сім тисяч п’ятсот вісімнадцять гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.».
