Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п. 7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VІІІ від 25.12.2015, враховуючи прийняття постанови НКРЕКП від 01.12.2021 № 2454, яка набрала чинності з 01.01.2022, якою збільшено розмір тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, який є складовою ціни на електричну енергію, що поставляється за Договором, Сторони дійшли спільної згоди змінити ціну за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год з урахуванням зміни тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії.
