Note:
1. Доповнити п.6.1 Договору абзацом наступного змісту: Очікувана сума Договору на 2024 рік становить 604,56 (шістсот чотири грн. 56 копійок.) грн. по ДК 021:2015 "Розподіл газу" - 65210000-8.Остаточна сума Договору на 2024 рік визначатиметься згідно бюджетних асигнувань Споживача, передбачених бюджетом (кошторисом). 2. Дана додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору, та не вносить зміни в Договір розподілу природного газу № 07/Д-012 11.03.2024 року, а тільки деталізує його умови на виконання діючого законодавства, набуває чинності з моменту підписання. поширює свою дію на відносини, що склалися між сторонами з 01.02.2024 року і діє до 31.12.2024 року включно, відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 ЦК України, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного здійснення. 3. Дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін які мають однакову юридичну силу.
