Сторони дійшли згоди про внесення наступних змін до умов Договору про закупівлю послуг від 07.03.2018 № 11 (надалі іменується – "Договір"), а саме пункт 5.1. та 8.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Виконавець надає Послуги передбачені п.1.1 даного Договору впродовж 2018 року та січня – лютого 2019 року на території міста Жовті Води Дніпропетровської області.»
«8.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 28.02.2019 року, але в будь – якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань.»

У відповідності до п.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Управління житлово – комунального господарства, капітального будівництва комунальної власності та регулювання земельних відносин Жовтоводської міської ради продовжує дію Договору про закупівлю послуг №11 від 07.03.2018 р., на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок 2019 року та збільшує вартість послуги на 119 200,00 грн., в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, у зв’язку з чим викласти, п.2.1 розділу 2 «Ціна договору», п.8.1. розділу 8 «Строк дії договору» Договору про закупівлю послуг №11 від 07.03.2018 р. в наступній редакції:
2.1.Загальна вартість Послуг передбачених п.1.1. даного Договору складає 715 642,24 грн. (сімсот п'ятнадцять тисяч шістсот сорок дві грн. 24 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ - 119 273,71 грн., в тому числі на 2018 рік 596 442,24 грн. (п'ятсот дев'яносто шість тисяч чотириста сорок дві грн. 24 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ - 99 407,04 грн. та на 2019 рік 119 200,00 грн. (сто дев'ятнадцять тисяч двісті грн. 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 19 866,67грн.
8.1. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01.01.2019 року і діє до 28.02.2019 року, але в будь – якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань.
