Пункт 2.1. Договору викласти у такій редакції:
«2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 1 850 400,00 грн. (один мільйон вісімсот п’ятдесят тисяч чотириста) грн. 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 308 400,00 (триста вісім тисяч чотириста) грн., а саме:
- у 2017 році: 1 542 000,00 грн. (один мільйон п’ятсот сорок дві тисячі) грн. 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 257 000 (двісті п’ятдесят сім тисяч) грн. 00 коп. Джерело фінансування – загальний фонд Державного бюджету (КПКВ 3507010, КЕКВ 2240);
- з 01.01.2018 до 01.03.2018: 308 400,00 (триста вісім тисяч чотириста) грн. 00 коп., у т. ч. ПДВ 20%– 51 400,00 грн. (п’ятдесят одна тисяча чотириста) грн. 00 коп. Джерело фінансування – загальний фонд Державного бюджету (КПКВ 3507010, КЕКВ 2240).
Пункт 7.2. Договору викласти у такій редакції:
«7.2. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 01.03.2018, а в частині розрахунків – до повного їх виконання. На підставі ч.3 ст.631 ЦК України Сторони домовилися, що умови цього Договору застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли з 23 березня 2017 року»
