У зв'язку зі збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару, Сторони домовились зменшити загальну суму Договору на 30,78 грн. ( тридцять гривень 78 копійок) з ПДВ.
Вирішили внести зміни до Договору та викласти пункт 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 159 539,22 грн. ( сто п'ятдесят дев'ять тисяч п'ятсот тридцять дев'ять гривень 22 копійки) у тому числі ПДВ 26 589,87 ( двадцять шість тисяч п'ятсот вісімдесят дев'ять гривень 87 копійок)
Додаток №1 до Договору " Специфікація" викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
