Відповідно до п.5 ст 36 ЗУ від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII "Про публічні закупівлі",дійшли згоди про наступне:
1.1. Продовжититермін дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедуризакупівлі на початку 2019року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% фактичних видатків.
1.2. Внести зміни в пункт 10.1. Розділу Х та викласти в наступній редакції:
Цей договір набирає чинності з 01.01.2018р., та укладається на строк до 31.01.2019р. в частині виконання зобов"язань за Договором, у тому числі і насамперед, щодо проведення розрахунків - до їх повного виконання.
2.Решта умов Договору залишаються незмінними та обов"язковими до виконання Сторонами.
3. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до повного виконання коштів за додатковою угодою, але не довше 31.01.2019р.
