внесено зміни до Договору у зв’язку із коливанням ціни на товар на ринку, враховуючи експертні висновки торгово-промислової палати м.Харків, про проведення аналізу цінових пропозицій постачальників вугілля в Одеському регіоні за марками на замовлення Постачальника ТОВ «ПОЛИПРОМ СЕРВИС»: а) Експертний висновок №№761/20 та 762/20 від 27.07.2020р на марку вугілля АО(25-70) станом на 21.07.2020р, б) Експертний висновок №№779/20 та 780/20 від 30.07.2020р на марку вугілля ДГ(20-100) станом на 27.07.2020р, в) Експертний висновок №819/20 від 07.08.2020р на марки вугілля ДГ(25-200) та ДГ(25-80) станом на 04.08.2020р ,та керуючись розділом ХІ «Інші умови» Договору п.11.7. п.п2 «зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі», Сторони погодили внести зміни: до розділу І."Предмет договору"п.1.2.,в розділ ІІ."Якість товарів,робіт чи послуг,кількість" п.2.1.,в Додаток №1"Специфікація" до Договору.
