Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю №1581 від 01.03.2019р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму: 82 654,33грн ( Вiсiмдесят двi тисячi шiстсот п`ятдесят чотири гривнi 33 копiйки ) з ПДВ.
2. Викласти п.3.1 в новій редакції: «3.1. Ціна даного договору становить: 495 936,14 грн (чотириста дев'яносто пять тисяч дев'ятсот тридцять шість грн.14 коп.) з ПДВ.
