У зв'язку з набуттям із 01.01.2022 року чинності постанови НКРЕКП № 2611 від 17.12.2021 "Про встановлення тарифіів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії АТ"ХМЕЛЬНИЦЬОБЛЕНЕРГО" із застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання" та зростанням тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергіїїїїїїїїїїїїїїї із 1,12143грн/кВт*год без ПДВ до 1,26442 грн/кВт*год без ПДВ,та постанови НКРЕКП № 2454 від 01.12.2021 року"Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК"УКРЕНЕРГО" на 2022 рік", та зростанням тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії із 0,29393 грн/кВт*год без ПДВ до 0,34564 грн/кВт*год без ПДВ,Сторони,за взаємною згодою,виріішили Додаток №1 до Договору №20800043 від 11.01.2022 року викласти в новій редакції.
