1. Пункт 5.3 Договору викласти в новій редакції наступного змісту:
Загальна сума цього Договору становить 17 729,18 грн (сімнадцять тисяч сімсот двадцять дев’ять грн. 18 коп.), крім того ПДВ – 3 545, 84 грн., разом з ПДВ – 21 275,01 грн. (двадцять одна тисяча двісті сімдесят п’ять грн. 01 коп.).
2. Інші умови Договору постачання природного газу № 41GBVLz547-18-228 від 28.11.2018, які не викладені в цій Додатковій угоді, залишаються без змін, і «Сторони» підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
3. Ця додаткова угода складена українською мовою на 1 аркуші в двох автентичних примірниках, кожен з яких має однакову юридичну силу, по одному у кожної із «Сторін».
