1.Внести зміни в п.10 п.п.10.2 Продовжити дію договору у 2020 році на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на суму 53 820,00 (п'ятдесят три тисячі вісімсот двадцять грн .,00 коп. з ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в цьому договорі 269 100,00 (двісті шістдесят девять тисяч сто грн., 00 коп. з ПДВ). 2. Додаткова угода на підставі ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, набуває чинності з 01.01.2020 року та діє по 01.03.2020 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання договірних зобов'язань.
