Відповідно до листа Постачальника від 11.11.2020 № 1095, в якому зазначено, що препарат "НовоЕйт" (Фактор коагуляції крові VIII (рекомбінантний) 1000 МО) виробляється у дозуванні 1000 МО у флаконі, по одному флакону у картонній коробці, тому у Постачальника немає можливості поставити заявлену у договорі кількість одиниць - 25 339 431 МО, оскільки вона не кратна дозуванню одного флакону без залишку, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі продукції до 25 339 000 од. та загальної ціни продукції до 58 785 780 грн. 00 коп. та внести відповідні зміни до Договору, з урахуванням кратності упаковки.
