Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору № 59/ З від 13 лютого 2017р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму 438 723,05 грн., (Чотириста тридцять вiсiм тисяч сiмсот двадцять три гривнi 05 копiйок.), в тому числі ПДВ.
