Керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII, Сторони домовилисьзменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно ціну договору на 8,32 грн.(вісім грн. 32 коп.), та внести у Договір №7 від "10" січня 2018р. наступні зміни:
- пункт 1.2 Договору №7 від "10" січня 2018р. викласти в такій редакції: "1.2. Найменування та кількість товару згідно Специфікації №3 (Додаток №3) , що є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору";
- пункт 3.1 Договору №7 від "10" січня 2018р. викласти в такій редакції: "Загальна сума цього Договору становить 72370,16 грн. (сімдесят дві тисячі триста сімдесят грн. 16 коп.).
