На підставі п.4.6 договору №181 від 17.09.2021р та ст.651 Цивільного кодексу України сторони домовились внести зміни до договору та доповнити п.4.2 договору в наступній редакції:
4.2. Ціна цього Договору визначаєтьсязгідно з пропозицією переможця процедури закупівлі. Договірна ціна комплексу робіт, визначена на підставі проектно-кошторисної документації і складає: 1 176 145,20 (один мільйон сто сімдесят шість тисяч сто сорок п’ять гривень 20 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ-196024,20 грн. Вартість робіт в межах бюджетного фінансування у 2021 році становить: 1 156 145,20(один мільон сто п’ятдесят шість тисяч сто сорок п’ять гривень 20 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ-196 690,87 грн.: з них кошти обласного бюджету - 249 693,00грн. (двісті сорок дев’ять тисяч шістсот дев’яносто три гривні 00коп.), спонсорські кошти-110 000,00грн. (сто десять тисяч гривень 00коп).
