Відповідно до частини 5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.10.3 Договору № 20/2230 від 18.04.2017р. дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Згідно потреб Замовника та по домовленості сторін загальна сума даної Додаткової угоди на право поставки Риба, рибне філе та інше м'ясо риби морожені (код предмету закупівлі 15220000-6) становить 64721,69 грн. (Шістдесят чотири тисячі сімсот двадцять одна гривня 69 копiйок). Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 Статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.11.4. Договору № 20/2230 від 18.04.2017р. Сторони дійшли згоди змінити ціну на Риба, рибне філе та інше м'ясо риби морожені (код предмету закупівлі 15220000-6) в межах 10% та викласти Додаток до Додаткової угоди №5 (Специфікація Товару) у новій редакції.
