Внесення змін до договору згідно змісту Додаткової угоди № 5 від 24.12.2020 року (Подовження дії договору). Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме до 31.03.2021р. Інші умови Договору незмінні і залишаються чинними в попередній редакції Договору і сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковість для виконання.
