Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди та уклали додаткову угоду від 0.08.2023 № 3 про наступне: 1 .Сторони вирішили внести зміни до Договору споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії №104 від 31.01.2023 року, а саме: 1.1. Доповнити пункт 3 Додатку №16 до Договору абзацом наступного змісту: “З 01.07.2023 року по 31.12.2023 року (включно) тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії становить (для другого класу напруги) - 1 086,98 грн./МВт-год. (без урахування податку на додану вартість)”. 1.2.Абзац 2 пункту 1 Додатку №16 до Договору викласти у новій редакції: “Сумарний обсяг закупівлі послуги з розподілу електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 60 355 кВт. год.” 1.3. Пункт 2 Додатку №16 до Договору викласти у новій редакції: “Вартість послуг за цим Договором становить: 76233,09 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 12705,51 грн.
