Збільшення ціни на 10 % за одиницю товару та відповідно зменшення обсягів використання даних товарів, сторони домовилися зменшити суму договору на 2,29 грн.. Данна додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її сторонами та поширює свою дію на відносини, що виниикають між сторонами з 01 вересня 2021 року, відповідно до п.3. ст. 631 ЦК України.
