Note:
1. У зв’язку з коливанням ціни за одиницю товару на ринку паливно-мастильних матеріалів та відповідно до п.5 п.п. 2 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди змінити ціну за одиницю Товару в бік збільшення.
2. Коливання ціни товару на ринку підтверджується інформаційно-ціновою довідкою Регіональної Торгово Промислової палати України.
3. У зв’язку зі змінами ціни на Товар, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку № 1 «Специфікація №1» та викласти у наступній редакції.
4. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити загальну суму Договору на 15 (п’ятнадцять гривень 00 копійок) та п. 3.1 викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1 Ціна цього Договору становить 24 652,50 (двадцять чотири тисячі шістсот п’ятдесят дві гривні 50 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ - 4 108,75 грн.
