п.5.1 «5.1. Строк надання послуг: 2016-2017 р.р. Підрядник розпочинає їх виконання з моменту підписання Договору і забезпечує їх завершення до 29.12.2017 року. При цьому, надання послуг на суму 92 791,00 (дев’яносто дві тисячі сімсот дев’яносто одна гривня 00 копійок) з урахуванням ПДВ, які підлягають виконанню протягом 2017 року, розпочинається Підрядником не пізніше 5 робочих днів після отримання відповідної письмової вказівки про це від Замовника. Надання послуг Підрядником здійснюється відповідно до графіку надання послуг, який додатково погоджується Сторонами. Дострокове виконання Підрядником своїх зобов’язань за Договором в частині надання послуг, не тягне за собою обов’язку для Замовника щодо їх дострокової оплати.»;
п.19.1 «19.1. Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 29.12.2017 року, а в частині оплати до повного виконання Замовником своїх грошових зобов’язань.».
