Керуючись статтями 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі листа ТОВ «Техойл ТК» вих. № 1099-09/17 від 28.09.2017 р. та довідки ДП «Торгово-Промислової Палати України» № 3057/08. 1-7.3 від 28.09.2017 р., керуючись пунктами 3.5, 10.3 Договору №256/17 від 05.07.2017 року Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше як на 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі, не збільшуючи при цьому суми Договору та не погіршуючи якості Товару
