Note:
1.Відповідно до ст.ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та на підставі п.10.4, п. 11.7 даного Договору, зміна умов договору здійснюється за взаємною згодою сторін та оформляється шляхом підписання додаткових угод. Враховуючи дані положення законодавства та умови Договору, а також у зв’язку із фактичним виконанням Договору та додаткової угоди про продовження строку дії договору на 20%, Сторони погодили викласти в новій редакції п. 3.1. Договору:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 543 760 грн. без ПДВ.»
2. Всі інші умови договору № 25/02 від 25 лютого 2019 р. залишаються без змін.
