«4.1. Строк (термін) виконання (надання) Послуг – 25.12.2025 року, у відповідності до календарного плану (Додаток №2)».
2. Внести зміни до п. 10.1. Договору та викласти в новій редакції:
«10.1. Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 25.12.2025 року, але в будь-якому разі до моменту повного та належного виконання Стронами усіх своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.».
3. Викласти Додаток №2 «Календарний план» до Договору в новій редакції, що додається до Угоди (Додаток №1 до Угоди) та є невід’ємною частиною.
4. Зменшити кошторисні призначення на 2024 рік, у зв’язку з закінченням бюджетного року на 99 054,61 (дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч п’ятдесят чотири гривні, 61 коп)
