Покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю полягає у наступному:
- у зв’язку зі зміною Споживачем джерел фінансування за Договором, збільшити кошти за загальним фондом ДБ на 10 879,07 грн., з ПДВ, та зменшити кошти за спеціальним фондом ДБ, у т.ч. кошти отримані від орендарів та платних споживачів (відновлення понесених видатків) на 10 879,07 грн. з ПДВ, що призведе до сталого вчасного, у повному обсязі розрахунку із виконавцем за договором, та призведе до вчасного, якісного та кількісного надання послуг споживачу.
