У зв"язку із виникненням особливих кономічних обставин , які не залежать від дій Постачальника, а саме через значне зростання ринкової ціни закупівлі природного газу , за яких неможливо виконання Договору уклалит цю Угоду ( далі- Угода) про припинегня дії Договору № 101/ПГ=1672-Т від 02,02,2015 року ( далі- Договір ) про наступне : 1,Сторони вирішили припинити дію Договору в частині постачання природного газу з 01 жовтня , а останнім днем дії Договору є 30 вересня 2021 року. 2,Підписанням цієї Угоди Споживач підтверджує , що не має претензій , пов"язаних з Достроковим припиненням дії Договору. 3, Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання , складена українською мовою в двох примірниках однакової юридичної сили, по одному для кожної із сторін і становить невід"ємну частину Договору
